My Lounge is located airside after security at London Heathrow Terminal 3. Follow signs towards “All Airline Lounges”, then continue towards Gates 1 to 22. The lounge is signposted as Lounge D and is located on the right-hand side.

Check-In experience
There was a queue at reception when we arrived, and it took around ten minutes to check in. That is not outrageous, but it does show how busy this lounge can get at peak times.
Staff were polite throughout and did a good job under pressure, especially given how crowded the lounge was during our visit.
Seating, Crowding and Atmosphere
The lounge has a straight, narrow layout, with the bar positioned closer to reception and the food buffet running down the side of the lounge. It is not a huge space, and on a busy Friday evening it felt quite cramped for the number of people inside.
There are windows in part of the lounge, and although they are not floor-to-ceiling, they do let in enough natural light to stop the space feeling too enclosed. Seating is varied, with café-style tables, comfortable armchairs, and some banquette seating, which gives you a few different options depending on whether you want to eat, drink, or just sit back.
That said, the sheer number of people in the lounge made the space feel cluttered and a little chaotic.
On the positive side, we did really like the decor. The lighting was warm, the retro-style bar looked great, and the art on the brick wall added some character. Visually, the lounge is more appealing than the overall experience might suggest.
Food and Drinks at My Lounge Heathrow Terminal 3
The bar area is one of the better parts of My Lounge Heathrow Terminal 3. It is fully tended and serves basic spirits, red wine, white wine, rosé wine and Heineken on draught. The draught beer was a nice touch and gave the drinks offering more appeal than a standard self-serve setup.
Unfortunately, Prosecco and Champagne were not included during this visit, with both available only for an extra charge.
The food was the weakest part of the experience. Options included soup, tomato pasta, curry, salads, fresh apples, cheese and crackers, and a pancake maker. That sounds reasonable on paper, but the hot food looked as though it had been sitting out for too long.
Overall, the food felt basic, stodgy and not especially fresh. There were also self-serve coffee machines, which were perfectly adequate, but the food offering was disappointing for a paid lounge at Heathrow Terminal 3.
Wi-Fi, Bathrooms and Facilities
Wi-Fi was easy to connect to and worked well, which was definitely a plus.
The bathrooms were clean, modern and well maintained despite how busy the lounge was. Staff were also working hard to clear plates and keep things tidy, which was appreciated.
There are no shower facilities here, which is a shame, and we did not notice any extra amenities such as a games room or other standout features. As a result, this is a fairly basic lounge in terms of facilities.

My Lounge Heathrow Terminal 3 is usable if you have Priority Pass or paid access and mainly want a drink, Wi-Fi and somewhere away from the main terminal. The retro-style bar, Heineken on draught, clean bathrooms and warm decor were the best parts of this visit.
However, this lounge is difficult to recommend as a paid visit when it is busy. During this Friday evening visit, the space felt cramped, the seating was cluttered, the food was disappointing and there were no showers or standout facilities.
Overall, My Lounge Heathrow Terminal 3 is passable rather than impressive. It may be worth using with Priority Pass for a quick drink before your flight, but at £44 per person there are stronger lounge options at Heathrow Terminal 3.
