Sala VIP Azahar Lounge Seville Airport Date of Visit: November 2025 (Last Updated February 2026)
Time: Evening (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
The Sala VIP Azahar Lounge Seville Airport is the main contract lounge at Seville SVQ, and it is available with Priority Pass or paid entry. I visited in November 2025 for an evening departure to test the seating and comfort, food and drinks, Wi Fi speeds, toilets, and overall cleanliness, plus whether it is worth using a lounge visit or paying to get in. We arrived here after a fantastic few days in Seville, which you can read all about here.
We also reviewed the Sala VIP Canudas at Barcelona Airport, which can be found here.

Check-In Experience
Entry was handled efficiently by friendly reception staff. Access via a Priority Pass digital card was smooth and without delay. Unfortunately, this positive first impression quickly faded once inside the lounge.

Ambiance and Seating at the Sala VIP Azahar Lounge Seville Airport
The layout is divided into three compartments, all furnished with red long sofas and small coffee tables. There was no structured seating plan, which made the space feel cluttered. A few standard-height tables were available for working, but there were very few charging ports to be found.
Cleanliness was a major issue. Many tables remained uncleared for hours, and we had to clean our own table upon arrival, despite the lounge being far from busy. The atmosphere was dull and enclosed, with no natural light or any view, giving it a tired, windowless feel.

Food and Drinks at the Azahar Lounge Seville Airport
The drinks selection included Coke, Coke Zero, Fanta Orange, Fanta Lemon, tonic water, and iced tea, as well as several red and white wines and a Spanish cava option. There were also several beers available, including Budweiser and Heineken.
The coffee machine was disappointing. The cappuccino had a burnt taste that made it undrinkable, and the black americano was not much better.
Food options at the Sala VIP Azahar Lounge Seville Airport included Iberian ham, salami, cheese, tomato soup, a vegetable stew, Spanish tortillas, empanadas, and muffins. While the tortillas and empanadas were genuinely tasty, the rest was poor. The soup was lukewarm and looked like it had been left out too long, and the stew was unappealing.
Overall, the catering was far below average, particularly for a Spanish airport lounge.
LoungePass – No membership needed. Pre-book the Sala VIP Azahar Lounge for £27 per person. After clicking, search for the airport to check availability and book your lounge spot.

Wi-Fi and Amenities
Wi-Fi was exceptionally slow, making it difficult to browse or stream.
Only two toilets were available, both in poor condition. They were dirty and not well maintained, and the limited number of facilities meant there was almost always a queue.
While the front desk staff were polite and welcoming, the other staff were notably slow at clearing plates and maintaining the space. There were no showers, no natural light, and little sense of comfort beyond a place to sit.

• Only two dirty toilets with constant queues.

Final Verdict: Is The Sala Azahar Lounge Seville Airport Worth It?
The Sala VIP Azahar Lounge at Seville Airport is a below-average experience. While access is affordable and check-in staff were friendly, the poor cleanliness, slow Wi-Fi, lack of maintenance, and weak food offering make it difficult to recommend. If you simply want a seat and a glass of cava before your flight, it might do, but this lounge falls well short of what travellers should expect in Spain.
