Check-In Experience
The reception area immediately made a strong first impression. Everything was spotless, clean and shiny, while the LED lighting and illuminated Miracle branding added a premium touch. It almost felt more like the reception area of a luxury hotel than an airport lounge.
There was no queue when we arrived during our 2PM to 4PM visit. The receptionist was welcoming and smiley, and we were checked in within a couple of minutes. This was a solid start to the lounge visit!

Seating and Atmosphere
First impressions inside the lounge were similarly positive. The lounge was extremely clean and well maintained, with shiny polished floors throughout. A combination of chandelier-style lighting and brighter white lighting kept the interior reasonably bright.
There were also several departure information screens dotted around the lounge, which was a useful feature when keeping an eye on our flight.
The lounge was relatively quiet during our visit, creating a calm atmosphere and making it easy to find somewhere to sit. It is also a fairly large lounge with several distinct seating zones. One section is arranged more like a restaurant, with dining tables that were spotless during our visit. Elsewhere, there are several areas filled with leather armchairs for passengers wanting somewhere more relaxed to sit.
Views and Natural Light
The Miracle Business Class Lounge Concourse D sadly does not offer apron or runway views.
The lounge primarily overlooks the terminal departures area, while the exterior windows facing towards the runway are positioned some distance away. They let in limited amount of natural light into the lounge, but anyone hoping to sit beside the window and watch the planes is likely to be disappointed.
Food at the Miracle Business Class Lounge Bangkok Concourse D
Food is served from a large self-service buffet, and there was plenty available during our afternoon visit.
Hot food options were reasonably tasty and included stir-fried vegetables, rice, chicken stir-fry, curry, a pork dish and a couple of soup-of-the-day choices. There was also a separate halal food area.
The cold buffet was extensive, with various sandwiches, a well-stocked salad bar, fresh fruit, croissants, biscuits, crisps and nuts. Sliced bread was available alongside a toaster, while there were also a couple of cake options for dessert.
Some of the hot dishes were slightly stodgy, but overall there was a very decent range of food available, particularly compared with many pay-to-enter airport lounges. There should be enough variety here for most passengers to put together a proper meal, with the food selection actually being one of the highlights of the visit.
Drinks
The soft drink selection was one of the stronger parts of the drinks offering. Several refrigerators were filled with cans including Sprite, multiple Fanta flavours, Coke Zero and Schweppes tonic water, alongside bottled mineral water. There were also juice dispensers serving orange juice and a tropical juice, although the juice was quite sweet and definitely not fresh. There was also a self-service coffee machine which produced an acceptable black Americano during our visit.
The alcohol selection, however, was considerably more limited. Everything was self-service, with Chang lager available alongside just one red wine and one white wine. Spirits included Gilbey’s gin, Gilbey’s vodka, Jim Beam bourbon, Campari and Kahlua. Unfortunately, there was no Champagne, Prosecco or cocktail selection, while the choice of beer, wine and spirits was fairly narrow overall.
The alcohol offering was probably one of the more disappointing aspects of the visit.
Showers, Wi-Fi and Facilities
The standout facility at the Miracle Business Class Lounge was undoubtedly the complimentary showers.
The shower rooms were absolutely spotless and considerably larger than we expected. Each was effectively its own private block, with a shower, toilet and enough space to change comfortably. Towels were also provided.
This is an excellent feature, particularly for passengers transiting through Bangkok after a long-haul flight who want to shower and change before continuing their journey.
The lounge also offered fast Wi-Fi throughout our visit. Furthermore, a dedicated smoking room was available inside the lounge.
The main facility we felt was missing was a proper business or workstation area, while additional charging points alongside the seats would significantly improve the lounge for passengers needing to work.
Staff and Service
Our experience with the staff was positive. The receptionist was smiley and welcoming, and check-in took less than two minutes. The lounge itself was spotless and well maintained during our visit, with the dining tables particularly clean.
